Soil conditions are very dry, all plantings are requiring additional watering. Established trees and vines are in good condition but will require additional irrigation. Area wheat appears stressed. Pasture conditions are fair to poor. Ponds that filled during February rains, are now losing level.  Less than .25” of rain in April.
