Small branches and leaves down everywhere. Flowers & small plants bent over to the ground. The wind has not stopped since yesterday afternoon. The rain has stopped a few times for short periods of time. When I went out around 10:15am this morning, a lot of water on the road and in parking lots... you could feel it under the tires. |
