Notes: Microburst. Very humid this morning, with dewpoints at Frelighsburg (CWFQ) going to 22C. An inch of rain in 10 minutes on soil saturated from previous day's inch of rain. Unusual pooling of water around house and torrents running down driveway. Gust of wind and shift of winds to west at end of downpour. Went out right away to measure when it ended. Garden soil flooded. Ditches and culverts at capacity. Driveway partially washed out. Could be flash flooding very soon at bridges along Pinnacle road and in Sutton/Abercorn as water crashes down mountains. Power failure at 12:10PM to 5:37 PM for over 5000 people south of Stanbridge East, Dunham, Sutton, Mansonville, including Abercorn and Frelighsburg.
