Moderate to heavy rain during this time period as a result of several thunderstorms. Much thunder and lightning with these storms but no wind. Despite being low tide, much of the island is flooded, especially the Haven Avenue basin, which in many parts is not passable. Many vehicles that were parked overnight on the street are flooded if not moved early this morning. |
