We have had only 0.37" of rain in the last 29 days.  Ground is hard and dry.  Grass and flowers are very dry.  Local streams are as dry as I have seen them in 20 years.  However, crops still look good due to prior amounts of rain fall..  We are clearly below the 30 year average for the month.
