Week of (9/10/23-9/16/23) saw slightly more precipitation compared to last week. The precipitation during this week was a total of 0.33 inches and that was slightly more than the last update of a total of 0.24 inches for the previous week of (9/10/23-9/16/23). There is currently 1.22 inches for the month of September compared to the normal climatology precipitation for the month is 2.43 inches. The surface of the soil and the ground is slightly moist, but starting to dry up in some spots in the yard. The grass is green and gardens are doing good since they had received some precipitation this week, but some plants are drying up and needed manual watering once a week. New grass seeds planted in the yard voluntarily need daily watering due to the dry stretch of weather that had prevailed for most of the week. Fall foliage has been patchy with a few trees in the area starting to show the first signs of color change.
