Conditions have become a little drier over the past week but are still within the normal range. Short term dryness is starting to appear. Lawns are showing signs of drying out somewhat in sunny areas but shaded areas remain green. Plants are still thriving and have not yet required watering. Recent downpours over the weekend helped too. Levels on ponds and lakes remain very high and no watering restrictions are in effect. Given the upcoming dry and hot weather, some watering in the early morning will become necessary.
