Only 0.07 inch of precipitation has fallen in the last 30 days.  The weather has been dry with afternoon relative humidity 20 to 30% and no frost in the cold mornings.  Therefore the soil is dry.  Most of the snow in the Sandia Mountains has melted or sublimated..  Our water supply is adequate.
