May has significantly tailed off after the gains made in March & April.
MTD siting at 0.34" vs the to date avg if 1.77"
YTD & Water YTD numbers are at the bottom side of the normal range. 
Though spring had a good bloom so far, the ground is appearing dry with plenty of sunny days this month.
