After over 3 inches of rain, the past week or so, soil conditions are wet. The standing water, from the rains, has all been absorbed. The grass is lush, the trees are
 leafing out and the flower gardens doing well. Local brook is high but within banks. Have seen a wild turkey and Blue Heron on the property. Feeders continue to be busy.
