Current conditions for 07/04/24-we have clear skies! no precipitation in the past 24, a light haze is visible toward the east, air movment is from the West to 13 mph, wind gust also up to 13 mph; however, at the present time both the air movement and wind gust are calm to light at best, humidity 45%, dew point 54°, current freezing level is near 14,000'-once again, to put it into perspective, this freezing level is only 428' below the summit of Mt Rainier!-{yesterday, the freezing level was near 12,000' which was only 275' BELOW the summit of Mt Adams! observation time temperature: 62°, yesterday's high: 88° and the barometric pressure 30.10 and rising. |
