Both weather centers report in at 65 degrees Fahrenheit and rising, but it feels like 68 degrees Fahrenheit. We are 99% overcast; comprised of Nimbostratus along with a solitary Strato Fractus, and currently receiving steady rainfall, which began at 6:47 am, and decreased at 7:37 am to a drizzle. Then stopped at 7:45 am. We also have a curtain of light haze draping the Appalachians north and west.
