Overcast skies (Stratocumulus) with sprinkles had peppered the area from 11:23AM EDT-12:09PM EDT. Skies had remained overcast after 12:09PM EDT with skies becoming mostly cloudy (BKN Alto-stratus, Cirrostratus, Cumulus) after 12:46PM EDT. Skies had become overcast (Cumulus) after 1:22PM EDT.
