Notes
A diffuse frontal boundary lingered near my location during most of the day resulting in some convective development late in the afternoon with a few drops of rain around the 1700 CDTtime frame. We were just inside the warmer sector, so we managed to hit 100F by early afternoon until cloud cover later in the day prevented further heating. Literally just north of the Kingfisher County border, temps., were a few degrees cooler. Hoping this upcoming pattern change for a "cooler" temperature regime and overall increased precipitation chances will come to fruition as I'm in the eastern part of a hole of moisture deficits that has only grown more substantial in recent months. Happy Independence Day!
