A few lazy hail stones fell while I was walking up the draw behind our house. Time is an estimate. There was no rain just a few white pellets almost floating out of the dark cloud overhead. They were about 8 inches apart on the ground. I found none at home (300 yards south) but they could have melted in the 49F temp. |
