Winter thundershower occurred during period of rain/snow mix which had been ongoing. Occasional lightning flashes and thunder heard during period of hail. Amount of hail not observed since it fell onto 3.5" of accumulated snow. Strong hail pings noted as it hit house sky lights. It was much heavier and stones bigger than snow pellets. |
