Station Number: KS-SG-28
Station Name: Garden Plain 2.2 SW
Date: 5/10/2010

Taken at registered location: True
Notes: Hail was intermittent, 4 distinct periods. The first was the largest. There was a tornado reported to the south several miles away. My hail pad was actually blown 100 yds from it's mooring. It landed face up (luckily) numerous hail penetrations of the foil. The hail was "Mushroom" shaped. milky center with clear ice surrounding it. No time for pictures, it was really ugly, went to the storm shelter.
